Alfredo Branzanti graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and he has been teaching business ethics at the University of Teramo – Faculty of Political Science – for many years . His main working areas are: • consultancy and training in the field of corporate organization and social responsibility • devising Organizational and Management Model in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and code of ethics • anti-corruption procedures (pursuant to the Italian law no. 190/2012) • devising SA8000 Social Accountability management systems • drawing up social and sustainability reports. He is a member of several Supervisory Boards in private companies and cooperatives.
Rocco Cuda is a certified lawyer and has been a member of the national register of lawyers – section of Bologna – since 2009. He graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 2005. He has been operating in several insolvency procedures (bankruptcy, arrangements with creditors and compulsory winding-up proceedings) as a juridical/legal counsel and providing advice and support in legal disputes. His main working areas are: • legal and extra-judicial advice and assistance for individuals and companies • civil, substantive and procedural law (with special reference to statutory enforcement) • commercial, corporate, bankruptcy law and contracts (security and real estate lease, transfer of companies or company divisions) • succession and inheritance law • debt collection.
Luca Federico has been a member of the national register of certified accountants and auditors – section of Bologna- since 2002, and he graduated in Economics and Law from the University of Bologna. He has worked for a very renowned auditing company. His main working areas are: • statutory audit • business consultancy and management control system• devising Organizational and Management Models in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. He is a member of some Supervisory Boards and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
Fausto Vena is a lawyer of the Italian Court of Cassation and has been a member of the national register of lawyers – section of Bologna – since 1989. He graduated in Law from the University of Bologna. He currently works as an independent lawyer after several work experiences in other law firms. His main working areas are: • civil law, especially bankruptcy and corporate law • compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. He is a member of Supervisory Boards dealing with several corporate sectors.
